Import containers
Marine & auto Depot is a specialist in unloading boats in containers, we handle 4 packs with double stacks of boats. Our success has come from continual investment in specialised tools & equipment such boat dollies, boat cradle dollies and have purpose built gantries for lifting and un-tilting boats packed on an angle or even on there side.
We also offer services to install windscreen, towers and attach axles to the boat trailers. We are also able to unload flat rack container with boats up to 39’ long
Both our Sydney and Queensland depots are customs 77G bonded warehouses which allows us to unpack shared containers (multiple importers in one container) as well store boats, yachts & trailers which have no cleared customs yet whether its because of missing documents such as import permits, evaluations or payment.
Quarantine Wash Bay
Both Sydney and Queensland depots are licensed 1.3 AA quarantine sites which allows us to unpack both new & used boats. Our quarantine wash bay can accommodate boats up to 9.5m in length in Sydney and 12m in Queensland which covers anything which arrives in a container. Unlike other depots we understand and appreciate boats so them with care whilst cleaning to quarantine approved standards.
We can also pick up and clean boats/yachts imported on Roll on Roll Off vessels into Port Kembla and Brisbane Terminals. This can reduce excessive cleaning charges from the ports, and potential damage as well.
Export Containers
Marine & Auto Depot are able to load up to 4 boats in to a 40' High cube container to save you money on your shipping. We have unrivalled experience and equipment in Australia to load boats in stacked or tilt cradles for export. We can build custom crates and cradles and reuse imported cradles to reduce costs.
